John Yates faces a sentence of life imprisonment following his conviction for murder after trial. He had taken his wife in the boot of his car to police HQ in St. Asaph but denied murder on the grounds of loss of control. The jury took less than 3 hours to convict him. He faces sentence on the 20th March 2014.
