Simon Mintz represented a client indicted for grave sexual offences against his two step-daughters. In February 2023 he was acquitted in relation to all the allegations made by one of the complainants, but the jury could not agree in relation to the other complainant.
Last week, following a 4-day trial at Mold Crown Court the jury acquitted the client in relation to all the remaining counts. Simon was instructed by Imran Khan from Solomans Solicitors, London.
