A man charged with one of the largest cocaine conspiracies discovered in North Wales was unanimously acquitted by a Caernarfon jury. Owen Edwards successfully defended Shane Clarke who had maintained that his involvement with an admitted cocaine dealer was based upon friendship not business. The police investigation named Operation Justice had otherwise led to the successful prosecution of 27 defendants.
