Richard was called to the Bar in 1997 and specialises in all aspects of Criminal Law.
He is a Category 3 prosecutor and spent 16 years as a prosecutor for the CPS prior to joining Linenhall in 2018.
His practice now focuses primarily on assault and violent crime, drugs trafficking and conspiracies and motoring and road traffic offences.
Richard is a Welsh speaker and able to conduct cases in Welsh or English. He is frequently involved in cases concerning drugs and human trafficking in North Wales.
Heidi Dunt – custodial sentence was given for causing serious injury through dangerous driving. Successfully argued on appeal that a suspended sentence should have been imposed.
