Now predominantly a criminal defence barrister, Mark Le Brocq has spent the whole of his practising career in Chester, undertaking at some stage most aspects of common law practice.
As well as criminal defence he continues to be instructed in contractual disputes, personal injury and professional negligence cases.
He has practised in all Courts up to Court of Appeal level, his most recent appearance there being a civil appeal, a contract case concerning the duty to mitigate loss.
His criminal work covers the whole range of criminal cases generally encountered in provincial cities.
