Mr. Anthony O’Toole appeared in the Court of Appeal on 20 January 2015, in the case of Edwards v Kumarasamy, on behalf of the Claimant. The appeal concerned whether the Defendant landlord was liable for injuries sustained by the Claimant tenant due to the extended covenant implied into the tenancy by section 11(1A) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
