Linenhall Chambers is once again proud to announce their success in the recent Legal 500 rankings for 2024. Two Practice Groups; Crime and Family ranked Tier 1 with  Personal Injury ranked Tier 2.

Linenhall has over 20 members ranked this year, with 2023 silk for Owen Edwards. Tier 1 rankings for Criminal practitioner Anna Pope, Family practitioners Daniel Dodd, Nicholas Sefton and Sarah Morgan also ranked tier 1 along with Richard Mullan from the Chancery Group.

Tier 2 rankings have been obtained by Simon Rogers and Jade Tufail  for Crime, Kate Anslow and Hannah Horton from our Family team and Russell Moffat for Personal Injury.  Matthew Dunford, Ryan Rothwell, Ember-Jade Wong, Ffion Tomos, Ryan Rothwell and John Wyn Williams have achieved Tier 3 rankings for Crime along with Dominic Joyce and James Woodcock for Personal Injury.

Personal Injury

Members of Chester-based Linenhall Chambers are well known for representing both defendants and claimants in fast-track personal injury cases on the Wales and Chester Circuit. Dominic Joyce ‘remains in control of any situation‘ and has particular experience handling cases concerning road traffic accidents, including those involving credit hire and alleged fraud. He also acts in employers’ and occupiers’ liability cases. Russell Moffat also has broad personal injury experience, with expertise in cases involving credit hire.
