R v S (2015)- Defence Sex offending taking place in South Africa. Point of law as to jurisdiction.

R v B and W (2015)-Prosecuting serious child cruelty case.

R v JLD. Defence private client attempted rape case. Pursuit of third party material causes collapse of prosecution case.

R v C (2014 and 2015)- Prosecuting Serious sex offences. Problem over extradition law.

R v RR: Defending multiple complainant rape case.

R v K (2014)- Defence Murder.

R v M (2012-2014): Defending two complainant spiked drug rape case. Non disclosure leading to successful appeal and retrial.

R v W (2013): Defending tie-up aggravated burglary conspiracy.

R v T (2013): Prosecuting (no leader) double attempted murder.

R v J (2012): Prosecuting (no leader) double murder of mother and child.

R v R (2012)-Defence Murder.
