Samantha’s practice covers a broad range of civil work, with a particular focus on personal injury and credit hire.

Samantha has a great deal of experience in matters arising from road traffic accidents and represents Claimants and Defendants in fast track trials, CCMCs, stage 3 MOJ hearings, disposals, infant and patient approvals, small claims hearings and all interlocutory applications.

Having 8 years experience as an in house solicitor prior to joining chambers, Samantha understands the needs of both her professional and lay clients and brings this experience to bear to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

In addition to her experience in road accident matters, Samantha is regularly instructed in relation to matters involving employer’s, public and occupier’s liability.

Samantha has experience in representing the family of the deceased and other interested parties at inquests and representing clients at mediations, particularly in relation to boundary disputes.

Samantha has a busy paper practice, and is regularly instructed to advise on liability and quantum across all areas in which she practices, including instructions to draft pleadings.
