Neil was called to the Bar in 2013.  He was previously admitted as a solicitor in 2006 and during that time worked at large national and international law firms giving him a well rounded outlook and a deep understanding of the needs of both instructing solicitors and clients when dealing with cases.

Neil specialises in Civil Law, and has a deep experience in cases concerning road traffic accidents (RTA), slips/trips, credit hire, claims under the Montreal Convention, MoJ costs, breach of contract, property, insurance and suspected personal injury fraud claims and consumer credit claims.

His experience covers MoJ hearings/disposals, multi and fast track trials, applications, advices on Quantum, liability and prospects, advising in conference and MoJ costs hearings.
