Jenny qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and was previously head of department for a large West Midlands firm, before setting up her own firm undertaking advocacy in North Wales and the West Midlands. Jenny obtained Higher Rights of Audience in 2017 and worked as a solicitor-advocate until August 2023 when she was called to the Bar and joined Linenhall Chambers as a member of the Family Team.
Jenny specialises in cases relating to children, both public law and private law, and was a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel from 2016 to 2023. She has broad experience of the family courts, representing local authorities, parents and children in public law cases and parents and children in private law cases. Jenny has represented many clients at Mental Health Tribunals whilst working as a solicitor and carries this experience into her current practice, often working with children and vulnerable clients.
Jenny is also a Notary Public.
