Laura accepted an offer of tenancy in November 2020 following successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of Matthew Curtis. Laura has a mixed practice with a focus on instructions in Crime and Civil.

Laura was born, and grew up, in North Wales and is a Welsh learner.

Career History:

Nov 2014 – May 2017 Legal Secretary at Allington Hughes Law, Llanrwst

July 2018 – Aug 2019 County Court Advocate

Hearings undertaken: Mortgage possession/application, landlord & tenant, bankruptcy, infant settlement, costs/case management conferences, small claims trials (RTA and non-RTA)


2007 – 2011 BA Modern Languages (French, German, Spanish) at the University of Sheffield (2.1 Hons)

2015 – 2017 Graduate Diploma in Law at De Montfort University (Commendation)

2017 – 2018 Bar Professional Training Course at BPP Manchester (Very Competent)
