Kim practised in London at 3 Temple Gardens (South Eastern Circuit) until 1997. Her practice involved prosecuting and defending as a leading junior, her last case in London at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey) defending in a murder/conspiracy to rob.
Kim relocated to Nicholas Street in May 2007. A very experienced criminal practitioner, she soon established a busy practice, both prosecuting and defending, dealing with all types of criminal offences, including : Murder, Manslaughter, Drug offences, Serious offences of violence, Fraud, Drug offences, Proceeds of crime (lectured to the Metropolitan Police fraud squad), Child cruelty.
Kim also specialises in sexual offences, and has vast experience both prosecuting and defending all types of sexual allegations including : rape, historic allegations, offences against children, persons with mental disorders, indecent images, etc.
