They combine high levels of expertise, informed by up-to-date knowledge on the latest developments and changes to employment legislation and regulation, with practical guidance on the implementation of legal advice.

Our barristers form long and deep working relationships with businesses and their owners/directors to provide peace of mind that their interests are protected and to provide commercial solutions to employment related issues.

Barristers also work with individuals on a direct access basis or via an instructing solicitor, providing guidance on their rights under employment law and potential courses of action if those rights may have been breached.
