Steven Booker was 15 when he raped a 13-year old girl in Rhyl in the summer of 1990. His co-accused, Nicholas Roberts was convicted of indecently assaulting the same girl. The victim, who has lifelong anonymity to protect her identity, had the bravery to come forward and report the offence years later.
