Driving Offence Lawyers

If you are facing a motoring offence prosecution and are looking for specialist legal advice and representation, we can help you. Our barristers are experts in all motoring offences. This includes: drink and drug driving, speeding, dangerous and careless driving, using a mobile phone while driving or the avoidance of disqualification on penalty points.

Direct Access to us

Linenhall Chambers have a number of barristers who are qualified to accept instructions on a Public Access basis.

Each case is unique; once you have contacted us with brief details of your case we will be able to advise you if it is suitable to be undertaken on a direct basis.

Instructing a barrister direct will often cost less than using a solicitor. If the case is not suitable for Direct Access we can refer you to an appropriate solicitor who will be able to handle your matter.

What our clients think

My barrister from Linenhall Chambers was a very straight talking lawyer, a real people's person with a wealth of experience which shines through. Very sincere and passionate about his profession and his clients and a very driven individual. I wish we had instructed him to represents us earlier. 5 star rating is understated for this Barrister.

I found them to be excellent, providing good advice and practical support. Thanks.
